I have found that when I sink into the buried tremors of myself, the suffering and the beauty arise as twins, and they are equally as excruciating, equally as sacred. I’ve lived with the inner struggle of this dichotomy for decades. Without my conscious intention, that struggle found its space within the sounds and silences of this album.
